summary: Palette-changing escape sequences don't always take effect
class: bug: This is clearly an actual problem we want fixed.
difficulty: fun: Just needs tuits, and not many of them.
priority: high: This should be fixed in the next release.
present-in: 0.75
fixed-in: 5677da64813d38aa1feeb44bca5d098b54f53240 746d87fc6f3c98605877415a69dd0c4692b754c6 (0.76)

In 0.75, if a batch of palette-changing escape sequences (ESC ] P nrrggbb) were sent by the server in quick succession, some of them might not take effect.

(In more detail: 0.75 changed to only enacting certain types of window changes at a limited rate. If multiple palette-changing escape sequences arrived between two of these updates, all but the last would be mistakenly lost.)
